I wouldnt use a food dehydrator because of the heat you might lose alot of terps, you must use a freeze dryer or let it dry by itself.

Since a freezdryer cost like €4500 id would give dry ice a go and dont go crazy shaking it.

Only using the dehydrator for convenience, got em all frozen atm and can’t dry naturally coz of where I’m living (smell etc)....don’t want them frozen for too long and can’t find a convenient time to do it all right now so drying quick seems the best option shelf life wise...terpes not massively important for me as this is very novice level (learning point for me haha) yield ultimately and purity r a must lol

I've done both dry ice and regular bubble hash and bubble hash wins hands down for me, you can get full melt nothing but trichomes. Great stuff. Dry ice hash you get a lot of green in there so it's more of a keef than anything else.

I see no problem whatsoever using a dehydrator if your goal is dry ice hash. I never attempt to cure anything when making hash. With bubble hash it's always fresh frozen and with dry ice you want it drie as can be.

Another reason I find bubble hash better, is it might go down to 25 micron, whereas when I make dry ice hash I only use 100 micron.

Honestly cheep bubble bags can be a waste of money the micron size isn’t always exact and the stitching can be iffy and seem to get wet n floppy faster than a more expensive ones.
You get back what you pay for if you kwim.

Hi C.F. Bags from Bubblebagdude are good quality and not too expensive. Work perfectly with a standard U.S. 5 gallon bucket.

I would buy one gallon for dry ice hash and use it with the number 10 can. The 5 gallons would be perfect for bubble hash.
