Probably, how is your pH running?
Calibrated my meter this weekend, was 0.1 high.
Thinking about it I may well have mixed their feed up with water collected from my dehumidifier which has an EC of 0.0 as opposed to bottled water (mineral water which is full of calcium & magnesium) which I normally use as the base for young plants.
I think that explains where the deficiency came from - Learning = Whoop Whoop!!!

calcium is rarely deficient . same with magnesium and sulphur. the VAST majority of deficiency is actually either
1) not a complete nutrient
2) high salt EC IN the medium locking up nutrients.
Now calcium is a IMMOBILE nutrient. it does not move. it shows in the NEW leaves first .
that looks like it is 4he fan leave . that most likely would be potassium.
or water splashed on leaves
flush a bit of water nutrient solution through the medium and catch some runoff . test the ec . if it is double the feed then it is mostly salt buildup and the plants are suffering nutrient lockup . Make up some solution and flush the medium with fresh complete solution to push out old nutrient replacing it with fresh solution .
those pots look small also. how long have they been in there ?

also PH is rarely going to be an issue in a carbon based system. carbon in sphagnum has an extremely high cation exchange capacity. it has natural buffering capabilities that are quite hard to overtax . if I see an issue in soil or soiless ph is not my first thought.
1) complete nutrient formula? if yes go to 2
2) high salt in medium ? flush out a bit and check. if no go to 3
3) ph issue?
regardless or issue the only thing you can do really is just make fresh solution and flush out old and replace with new

calcium and magnesium carbonate are the hardness of the water . they are in most water and are necessary for a complete solution.
you can look at your water and it will tell you in ppm /-mg normal bottled water . if you got a deficiency you are not feeding a complete solution
