    Not for much longer.

Coco is inert, dead, it has ceased to be.

You're growing as if you are in soil.

What is EC ? I’m a first time grower ahaha my PH is 6.2-6.5 an one of my mates grow am told me that you need to let it dry out a bit then water it, I used to water it every day to keep it moist but he told me I’d kill them by over feeding/ watering them

Your mate's told you how to grow in soil, ec is how you measure feed going in and the ph range should be between 5.6 - 6.2, coco needs feeding daily

If I was you I'd get a bag of soil, and transplant them into that, cause by the looks they're only in small pots, but if you're going to carry on in coco it's gonna set you back I'd say 150 quid in meters and solutions
