When do you start week 1?

When you start a new grow lets say a 10week grow cycle when do you actually start the timer do you do it from when the plant breaks ground or do you do it from when you get the first set of true leafs?

Every grower counts differently..
I count from when it breaks ground, but those initial 10-14 days are considered as seedling stage and many dont count it as vegatative stage.

I also count flowering days from the first day of 12/12.

Same for me as Shreder, except I count Flower at first signs of white hairs.

For me, the day that the seeds come out of the packet and get wet is day zero.

Week one of veg for me is start of 3rd week above ground, anything before this is germination/seedling stage imo

Flower i count both from the day I switch to 12/12 and from the day the hairs appear.. I refer to these as flip and true flower
