Yes mate. I’m not home right now so I can’t check the one I have but it is programmable for 7 days and around 6-7 times you can set for each day. They work perfect

You could swap your cycles so your lights on is at night and your hours off are at the warmest part of the day. Ie 12pm to 4pm.

If you look up inkbird heat contrllers I'm fairly sure you can get a programmable day/night temp setting for around £40 for a 10 amp and iirc £60 for the 15 amp model

I was once told by the great Jessie Pinkman that if you can get your night/day temps at 25°C then that's the best for your plants

Iv got an inkbird day/night think it was 30odd quid of amazon. You can set time for when ya want it go on and off.

I set min 22c lights off and 25 lights on for my rad.

During strech I raise my night time temp to about 24c then back to 22c after strech. A slight drop in day/night is ideal tho never tryed keeping day and night temps the same

I've kept day and night time temps the same up until a few days ago. It was killing me on heating also using the inkbird day/night now. Works great so far. Can't really say if the temps being the same made much difference tbh.

days and night temps were very close for me during summer. and although i go some dense nugs on a couple of phenos. the others werent as dense.

ideally i like to keep within a 10c range from day to night temps at a maximum and 5c minimum. the latter being during the stretch.

my lowest lights off temp is 18c no matter what the temp is outside and lights on temp is between 26-27c.

comparing many previous grows, i find lower temps during flower to be ideal. produces dense and sticky buds for sure.

currently running clones from my summer grow so it will be documented this time round. exact same setup but with lower temps.
