    Default Stillmixs oil hash thread.

    Rather than post all over the place ;

The last lot i made i was hopping might last till I got that magnetic heating stirring pad,it didn’t there’s still a bit to scape out.

Think it will arrive Thursday so I decided to make some more oil it was a toss up between making some bubblehash as I do like bubble a lot
oil won as my back couldn’t handle it yesterday & I had a 2nd run on some oil & iso I had stored. I was keeping back in the hope I wouldn’t run out before my new toy came so I put it in the still last night.

This morning I realised there’s no way I’m scraping out enough to last,so I grabbed the boiled down oil took the top 55 ml out n put that in the ::shame on me: in the rice cooker,it gave me enough to last ... I say that with a hint of trepidation knowing how I go through the stuff.

hopefully next pics will be after I used my new toy & made some bubble pretty sure I might make some before the week ends. :yum:

1st pic is one messy jar from last week.
When i totally scrape out what I can I’ll heat it slightly that will make what it can pool enough to grab one or joints or dabs.
Then put some iso in it as there’s a lot of the sides give it a swirl n leave it at a angle on the window sill ; waste not want not when I’ve run out there a joint/dab or two once it’s left long enough.

2nd pic is of the top 55ml I finished in the pot still.
3rd is the run that’s left with its hat on that I’ll hopefully finish in the stirrer

Some needed preparation while gravity does it thing well it kinda has still gota make sure all preparations are finished before I throw the trim in the freezer for another day.

I’ve thrown many a second run in the freezer as i prolapsed my disc & got sciatica on top of everything else lol laugh or cry right it was over 20 years ago so I got past the ahhh life’s a bowl of rotten tomatoes & look on the bright side of it all,it doesnt seem to do any harm to it,just seems to re freezers it.
Deff not losing a noticeable amount might lose some I dunno can’t see why you would thou.

Oh well finish my prep :toke; n get on with it -anymore :tokes: haha

1st pic is just the stuff to get the hash out the back not much needed there the rest are mats to dry on the top one doesn’t get used bar to put the scraper on as it has small holes in it. The other mat could do with a clean.
2nd pic is of the trim that’s going back in the freezer
    3rd is self explanatory

I wish my ice maker was still working It used to make the half moon style cubes and it was great for making bubble.

Yeah I understand that one. Nice bit of kit I hope you can get it mended or get another one ouch to the Wallet losing it.

That lot was made of some shop ice that was brought in a emergency,it’s rubbish melts to quickly & is to rounded,I had to throw in a second bag 1/2 way through making it harder due to the added water from it melting.

Atm I use 5l plastic containers I would otherwise throw away & cut with a ice cutter making nice sharp chunky ice. When I run out of them it’s back to filling up open plastic containers & pileing them up or buy some more half moon trays there good as you say & take up less room. Glad you mentioned it tbh as I am running out of 5l containers & plieing up plastic containers takes a lotta room.

My back ain’t having none of it usaaly I get to empty the 90 bag before I smoke one again.

The 190 came out good enough to use to fry with my breakfast tasty breakfast.

Part of waste not want not I dip the bags that have been scraped into the bag below to wash of most remains,if you run your finger over after you will feel it’s still got heads in it so I pour a bit of water over the mesh & wash it with a small amount of water. That i put into whatever it is I intend to put water into freeze and catch it on the 2nd run as the heads get trapped in the ice.

It’s amazing the powers of bubble.
Onewas enough to pull the 45u & 25u.
I ended up throwing that bucket of mixed heads through the 25u,next time I’ll use a shower head hooked; so much easier & less messy. It’s still worth washing the remains in the bag below & giving it a slight wash in a small bucket before cleaning them imo using a power shower head you can just drip a small amount were you pooled the hash as some does get trapped in the micron.

I am deff not one to toot my own horn as I deff don’t claim to be great at what I do I just do the best I can nowadays however I was very surprised at the 45u it looked like some real sticky blonde bubblehash even if it was the cream of the crop it’s deff looked better 45u than I’ve seen in a while from trim & buds rather than pure bud; now that does make icky sticky lovely stuff.

Oh well that’s me finished till next time if anyone’s reading it lol :
Plenty to smoke for a bit and bubble at that
    adios.

    1st pic is 45u
    2nd 25u

    Thanks appreciate you looking in.
The 90u I always quick dry a few joints it’s my treat, the 73u & the rest I leave alone till it’s dried naturally.

While I’ve got it gonna make use of it been itching to get restarted & it helps so much more with pain than oil for me a least.

I lost everything when I shut down think there was 4 flouresents a 1000 & 2 250w ( from my loft growing days ) and the 2 600w I was using as well as the tent I had, nutritints ; basically about 25 years of stuff I built up over the years.

Still rather have done that than messed about when I did shut down. It wasn’t cops or anything real bad just saying. the loss of equipment that was being held for me was down to a my friend who helped me running out of storage space & letting some idiot hold it nvm tough lesson learnt.

Been waiting on some leds however my friend said I’ll have to wait longer than he expected so he’s coming over with a another light instead, some bat soil & the pots he has at his place that are spare the pots I’ll bleach out just in case,he’s a darn good friend one of them guys you look at think no way I’m messing with you but he’s got a heart of gold.

Ordered some super skunk it makes lovely hash.
If it was still about I’d get some silver Pearl less yield however it’s was my fav plant for hash & bud taste.
Guess I need another thread to post else where ; rebuilding my grow rooms.

Bubblehash just helps so much & is so tasty may as well make use of its magic healing powers lol funny but true

Talk about things taking long these days, I ordered a new refrigerator so I can get me a new ice maker and it may not get here until next year. I was always surprised at how big the yields were using chemdawg for bubble hash. It seems to concentrate in about the 45 micron.
