1,200w over 8 plants is fine

With 600w hps, 37.5 watts per square foot is about as low as you want to go. As that's a big tent, it will be lower than 37.5w psf. Aw well, what's done is done. Have the lights shine on the plants as much as possible and try to ignore the illuminated edges of the tent. ime with 37.5w hps psf, an average strength strain can give stronger bud than a heavy hitter strain.

For 600w hps, I'm a fan of 1 metre wide parabolic reflectors. They do steal some height but give a fairly even spread. In theory, there is light lost because it all has to bounce off the reflector. In practice, you can have them lower because infra red doesn't bounce. With mine, canopy temps were rarely more than 3'C above room temp.

    btw, that ducting looks wrong.

Get vertical bulb parabolics, sunking does large ones. 1200 watts is enough, though I would move the plants further towards the back wall so you will get reflected light off one wall at least
When you do things right, people wont be sure you've done anything at all.

this pretty much 50w per sq foot we want it will do the job but get airhoods and drop em onto even canopy for max ‘value’ or get another 600 in and live a little, no point going balls out on a system n then scrimping on the sunshine best of luck man

I would have the intake at the bottom of the tent. Then the air rises and gets extracted out the top.

Also I would put some old tights or something over the end of the intake to prevent bugs.
Your extract wants to be larger than your Intake to prevent negative pressure this will prevent smells escaping.

Both ducting go to outside and both ends triple coverd with flynetting nothing coming back up there 100 percent. And i dont see much point in netting the inside no bugs in this grow room i guarantee it bug proof .

I run 8 with 2 X 600w and use 2 X 1m parabolics but you want Turrican lumatek miro parabolics worth the extra money as they give better reflectivity than standard parabolics
