    Default Which Strain for anger

    I am angry half of the time but when I smoke I'm not angry any more . Im smoking for 10 years . But now when I dont smoke I think I have more anger than before, I can't quit because I have anger And I cant smoke all the time . Is there any strain for my situation smoke one time in the morning and be calm till evening .

    Take you An oz of Buds, and put in the oven and bake them for 45 Minutes on 240 Degrees. Then Take A stainless Steel 150 Micron Screen, and take out 6 or 7 grams of kief. Then you can cap those up in 10 to 30 mg caps. I would start with 10mg, and if you want A little more than add 5mg until you get the stone you are looking for. A No 4 or 5 cap will be plenty of size. These are No. 3 here, and A little big, so my next batch will be No.4 or No5 caps. The higher number, the smaller the Cap.

    Have you tried CBD oil? I was pretty anxious and it manifested in a quick trigger anger/frustration.

    It really helped my general anxiety I was experiencing. I was used up living with that feeling but now I don't have to all the time. It's not a silver bullet but a good tool.

    Yeah I was going to recommend a high CBD strain also, you can bring your tolerance down real easy smoking a 1:1 strain and then possibly have less anger in between smoking.

    I second that.

    Dinafem is not taking orders at the moment but when they do, see if you can try out their "PurpLe Orange CBD". It's a 1:2 strain THC:CBD, chills out nicely but not non-functional as the strain is slightly sativa dominant.

    "Super Critical Bud" by Garden Of Green is another one. A bit tricky to grow but the effects are decent. This has a higher THC:CBD % and ratio at about 1:1, and is a bit more Indica dom.

    Keep on with the CBD. It does take time but it's helped me.

    Seek medical advice as rightly said but heres my 20ps worth

    Homeostasis

    When you smoke, even more so when its regular, in anticipation, your body produces a homeostatic response. It gets you high before you smoke to a low - for example.

    Since weed relaxes/chills/insert feelings here etc, your body counters that. Its gets you ready for the chill by giving you opposite boost of feelings.

    If you dont counteract that "up" by the "down" of the reefer, you can end up thinking you are extra anxious / aggressive / insert here etc

    Ever had the morning jay that your body didnt expect....boom you are out!

    Ever thought you cannot sleep when you dont have a spleef before bed. Your full of the anticipation and no weed !

    That's a great explanation and the main reason why I was suggesting a one-to-one strain to reduce tolerance. That would also reduce that anticipatory effect.
