    Default Defoliation during flower cycle

    Hi all.

I have defoliated my plants at 23 days into flower. They are now in week 6/7.

Can I continue to remove large fan leaves from the top area that are blocking light?

    Thanks in advance for answers.

    I wish you all well.

    Peace

You do what you have to, but the plant is very late into flower and defoliating now can cause shock.

What strain is the plant, how long do you expect it needs to flower for, do you have a strong jewellers loup or a microscope to see the trichomes?

I think defoliating up to twice per week days 0 to 40 of flowering is ok. Depends on grow style and strain leaf renewal rate.

Rather than 2-3 major de-leafs.. i think doing tiny bits more often is less work and more effective.
