    I have algae growing in the soil of one of my 4 plants can anyone tell me how to stop this.

    Algae only grown in a substrate that has constant moisture in it. if you let them dry out a bit, remove the top layer and replace with fresh soil, it will sort itself out."

    Once the canopy stops light getting to the soil, the algae will die off.
