Default Hard water & plant magic

I was going to go with plant magic this time for the grow stage.

Thing is I see plant magic has a hard water range I’m not so sure about it though the numbers seem funny to me the grow stands at 2/0.5/3 compared to the old timers formula of 5/3/3 I understand 5/3/3 being ok however the 2 n & 0.5 p doesn’t seem right esp the 0.5 p that seems odd.

My waters hard as hard as it gets imo.
    The mediums soil.

I'm not expert but I think the 0.5 is making up for the out of balance ratio of magnesium to calcium or vice versa, only recently started looking into it as have hard water myself but the ratio should be 4:1 but some tap water has tested 1000:4 etc and way way over, anyone correct me if I'm wrong I'm not master in nutrients at all I forgot everything I learned years ago from what I've looked into with tap water the lower count of magnesium or calcium kind of makes sense, forget which one it is should stop smoking haha

I think your referring to the normal Oldtimers soil grow & bloom which comes as hard or soft water...As far as I know Oldtimers "organic" grow and bloom only comes in one version which will be ok for all Uk water types, that's the one to go for...
