    Hi buddy,
That mark might come off with a light rub or damp finger but even so dont look like an issue to me ( I'm still new to this myself mind) .

To ask about the plants looking healthy would be more advantageous to post a pic of the whole plant for a better more educated response buddy ,

As always the more information supplied the more help and advice can be given .

Good luck on the grow pal , out of curiosity what strains you growing ?

I’ll tell you as much as I can, I’ve been a bit stupid really but I’ve put 3 auto seeds in with 1 normal female, 3 being purple Haze, 1 Cheese, I’m running them under a 600w hps, they’re only about 3-4 weeks old, obviously a fan to blow air round and carbon filter and fan
They’re in 20l pots and I water once a day with a sprayer moisten the soil and give the plant a little spray. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated as it’s only my first time, but I’m enjoying it, Its really an enjoyable hobby

So could just be droplets from the sprayer drying on the leaf , but there will be better answers for you from more knowledgeable ppl I'm sure.
