I purchased a sous vide machine, best thing ever for meat (especially beef lovers). Makes everything so tender and cooks to perfection.

Went off subject there, I just see beef and wanna eat it

I dont own a sous vide, but it might be very good option if u get the time and tempratire right. Plenty of guides on google.

    If in the oven.

Rub with olive oil. Lots of salt, black pepper, dry chilli pepper flakes, garlic powder, might do some caijun if u like, maple syrup, mustard, everything works depending on your palete mate...

Wrap twice with pargement paper then a very good tight wrap with tin foil.

    30 mins on 225c
    And another
    8 hours on 140c

This will make any mediocre beef good and soft. It will break apart to "hairs". Goes well in a sandwich, spread some chimichurri, or aioli, even dijon mayo. with lots of greens on top, Some parsley or celantro maybe arrugula.. chopped cherry tomatoes also fine.. add fresh chilli pepper for extra heat

For xmas edition. Bake some crroisants, cut in half, spread fresh chimichurri. Place beef hair. Add cilantro, voi la.

    Enjoy man
