I could show you a wide variety if they weren't at sewage treatment plant already. I've sank a few since Hogmanay and today. I see you have a bottle of Ouzo @Petal that and Raki must be my all time favourites. Stella @M_C ? well that used to be my go to beer for years, until the dreaded brewed in the UK under licence reared its pig ugly head Also love craft beers, not all though, some too flowery for my taste, however all better than the big breweries. I despise them. Pubs you say guys? so many have gone bust up here in the north it's shocking, that was pre covid too, I worry what will be left after it all settles down. Have you any red wine left @Dirty_ badger? Time for another beer!

Pub I've gone to for years a working man's club never opened since the first lockdown.
My old man is on the board and says they shut the doors and never bothered cleaning the lines or anything no one knows what's going on.

Loads of pubs and clubs dead in the water now I'm afraid

Ouzo is my favourite spirit too and I've not heard of Raki, must look it up
I went to my old locals before Christmas and 1 was still up and running and the other one I used to frequent was closed and had been for some time with graffiti etc everywhere (not been there for a long time) but I saw on the sign it had been leased. It has in the past been a bikey pub so will see what happens there with new managers.

edit: actually it used to be a workers pub before the bikeys moved in

I'd probably be shagged after the 2 carlsberg, the wine would put my head in the toilet for the rest of 2021

    Pmsl.
Funny you say that Mrcanna I was never a wine drinker. It made the hangovers a near death experience but slowly I'm starting to get the taste for it. Around here the local off licence for 12 tins is about a tenner and with the lockdowns it's easy to spend 20 or 30 a week. Asda's finest wine is 4 or 5 quid and does the job

Well done giving up the booze and for a long time too.
I gave up boozing (and smoking and growing) for a few years until recently.
As soon as it became legal to grow here last year, I stopped going to church (and dropped my job there as office manager) because the church was against it and covid struck and lockdowns happening so thought I'm going out with a bang, I was sure I was going to cark it so got my grow on, started smoking and drinking and well here I am again...
better or worse I go full on boots and all whatever I do
