Been digging again. So it is the tricone tops that is calle keif and you collect them the same way as making hash. But you dont make hash you spread it out and bake it for 20min?

And yes i would like an recipe. Might try it with the trim and some buds from the grow im on.

OK, this is for Bud before you get the Keif. Grind up one oz of bud in your hand grinder, and spread it out in A pan with A piece of Parchment Paper in the pan first. Then put in oven for 45 minutes at 115C or 240 Degrees. Than get you A 150 micron Stainless Steel screen, and rub the keif out onto A table top of some sort. You should get 5 to 7 grams. Then Weight it out in mg. I would start at 10mg first, and if that isn't strong enough, add 10 more and so on. I have never gone over 30mg my self, but you will have different strength from different buds, so it is much better to start lower and work you way up to what you want, then you can fill a bunch of pills up and keep in air tight jar. Should last A year or so that way. A good size pill is No. 4 or No.5.

It's A all day stone, if you take it in the morning, but if you sit down you might fall asleep, If you can't sleep at night, good to take before bed time also. lol
