I use omega hid bulbs but sunmaster seem very common. I think the most expensive are Philips T-Sun if I remember correctly

Sunmaster VEG lights are the bomb!!! I did a side by side and the difference was very noticeable. For flower I just use what ever my hydro shop has in stock. I think it's omega. But they have stopped stocking them now as I must've had about 4 duds from 6 bulbs!

They either didn't turn on, or they went pop within seconds I think 3 didn't turn on. 1 went pop. My friend runs the hydro shop. He swapped supplier and hasn't had an issue since. He probably had a batch which was thrown about. Most hydro shops will let you exchange bulbs if it's faulty and they'll claim back from supplier. One reason I will never buy bulbs off internet.
