    Default Problem late flower

    I’m in week 11 of a soil grow north an lights auto, and this week the leaves have taken a turn and seem to of be dying fast but the buds look ok. The last on I grew of these the buds fattened right up by now but these still have white hairs and very few amber trics,

    I’m using old timers organic nutes and cal mag at the recommended dose.

    Do I just bite the bullet and chop now even tho I think they need to fatten up? I’ll attach some pictures. Thanks Click image for larger version.

    Hey Jim, I've edited the title for you and corrected the 'auto-correct' lol

    You really need to get a microscope/loupe with at least 60x magnification to check the trichomes, that really is the best way to know when to harvest.

    Check this chart for a 'general' idea ;

    Might be too much calmag buddy iv never seen anyone use more then half the recommend dose as it is really strong stuff if you have been giving them that for a few weeks I would personally flush with 3x the size of the pot with water so if it 10lpot give 30ls water then drop the calmag an give them just OT bloom an half the recommend dose

    Thanks for that, I will give them a flush this evening, I’ll give them a week and if they don’t start to show signs of recovery I’ll chop them.

    I don’t know if that will recover this late into flower, the buds are really hard dense buds at the minute so at least I’ll get something off them

    How does the run off smell bud?
    If the run off stinks it may be root rot,I had a plant started to go like that eventually the buds on the plant just dried out when I took the plant out the roots were stinking,I thought it was just the crap in my shop vac that was making the smell.

    Thanks for your thoughts on this but I’ve chopped the one that was worse affected and it’s drying waiting for a drum up and I’ll give the other another week and chop I think
