Weed dreams killing, me please advise.

I had been a daily toker for 25 years,when I moved to Canada in 2013 I had to quit to pass the pre employment testing,took me 5 weeks(walking daily etc..) to get that faint 2nd line for a pass,never had any issues I actually found it easier to sleep when I stopped,I did start drinking again though which I had quit for 10 years.

yeah i quit smoking for a majority of 2020 while i was looking for a job and a new plug, but since i quit ive had bad insomnia too, dreams havent been too bad though, i just stay working late and tire myself out to compensate for lack of smoking. Either way the i dont get good sleep, gonna start smoking again as soon as i find a reliable plug

I have smoked on and off for too many years, has never caused any issues on long spells without.
I regularly take a break of months at a time, too busy with work sometimes. Mine is a job where mistakes are lethal, so working stoned is not an option.
