Default Seedling yellowing and curling down

My seedling is looking a bit funny, not sure if i need to feed it more or if this is a result from the stress caused by a bumpy germination.

Soil or hydro or coco: Soil

    Strain: G6 (bag seed)

    plant age: ~4 weeks

    pot size: 5 Gallon

has it been repotted? and when?: Germinated seed 4 weeks ago in a germinating station, once seed sprouted it began stretching so i repotted it into a 5 gallon pot. I repotted half of the stem into the soil as it was stretching too long to hold it's own weight

soil type: Schultz® All-Purpose Potting Soil Plus

nutes or additives used and how often for soil: started feeding seedling CAL-MAG - 1ML, Micro - 1.25ML, Gro 1.25ML and Bloom .5ML (all nutrients mixed into half gallon of water, PH was ~6.5 ) starting in week 2, before that just water whenever top soil dried up.

    humidity: 50-60%

lighting type and wattage (hps, led, cfl): 100 Watt LED @ 25% power first 2 weeks (30 inches away from plant), 50%-75% power 3rd week (24 inches away from plant)

Light schedule: 16 hours on, 8 Hours off

    Tent Temperature: 23C - 26C

How often are you watering, that soil looks bone dry

Plant that size in them pots, should be plenty of nutes available without adding any of your own, you may have locked her out?

It actually started doing that on week 2 before i fed it, is there a chance the soil had too many nutes? I just noticed it says "plus" on the soil bag when i was making this post.

Could be something to do with it, just had a quick look at the soil, some bad reviews on it, a lot saying it's more like mulch with loads of wood in it, get a decent soil you want to give them their best possible start

You're right, that's the first thing I noticed too. Thanks for the replies.

I'm going to have to make a decision on whether I repot with decent soil or just use regular ol water and hope for the best.

I would definitely quit feeding for now. Mini plants are usually the result of temperatures getting too low or issues with over and underwatering.

After I made this post, I stopped feeding and watering the plant hoping the condition would improve, it did not. The seedling continued yellowing and the tips were curling down and turning white, the cotyledon leaves were turning brown. On Week 5, I purchased "FoxFarm Happy Frog Potting Soil" from my local garden center and decided to completely remove the plant from the 5 gallon pot that had "Schultz® All-Purpose Potting Soil Plus". As I removed the plant from the pot, the soil crumbled off the roots easily. I made holes on the bottom of a 16 Oz Solo cup and transferred the plant into it. Although the soil I purchased already contains mycorrhizae, I decided to sprinkle some powder mycorrhizae on the roots before completing the transplant. I also adjusted my LED light to only 25% power as the soil in the previous pot was drying quickly and just in case the plant's deterioration was due to high temperatures.

After the first 1-2 days of transferring the seedling, the leaves began to darken and spots appeared on most of the leaves; the cotyledon leaves looked like they were beginning to rot. On day 3 the leaves had brown spots and the cotyledon leaves looked rotten, I panicked and sterilized an X-Acto knife with alcohol and cut all the brown leaves off. I only left a couple sets of new leaves that were very small but green.
