Been thinking about renewing my concealed pistol license, this just prods me forward. I been watching a UK podcaster read stories from the great depression, murders were so common then many weren't investigated. Gonna be more of the same I'm afraid as people living on the edge fall off and loose it.

I'm out west in Washington State our Constitution says that we have the right to keep and bear arms for self-defense and defense of the state. So we have had a lot of state supreme court decisions reaffirming our rights.

Countries gone down the shitter...This is common occurrence in my area (West Mids) folks being carjacked at gun and knife point, Young kids being stabbed and attacked with machetes on the streets in broad daylight just cause they from a different postcode...Many deranged uneducated knob heads around with no morals or respect for others...God only knows what damage the next clutch of inbred morons will inflict on society its just shocking...Stay safe folks.

Canada is not too bad bud,way drier than Scotland(which isn't exactly difficult lol),lots of actual wildlife and not teen gangs(except in the cities),and we have guns as well

I gotta renew my 16 year olds firearms license this month,minors license here is only good for 3 years but once she turns 18 seeing as she already passed the firearms course she just upgrades,would be nice if we were allowed to carry modern handguns in the bush for protection instead of a rifle or shotgun or a handgun that's classed as antique status(I have 3 lol)

Well my day was a strange one...
Sitting in my car on a building site 7.10am 3 of us in seperate cars waiting to start work at 8am when a hooded man approached us was greated by my supervisor (who was parked next to me) only to have a sawn off shotgun pushed into his chest....

I've never seen anything like it or been a part of anything like it, luckily the man with the gun was absolutely off his head on something so he was wrestled to the ground and given a good old beating whilst my other work friend grabbed the gun and his it in his car i called the police.

The man was lying on the floor apologising whilst getting his beating with excuse being 'I'm only trying to make a few quid'!!!

Previously to getting to our site he tried to Rob a shop and failed somehow so he thought he would try to mug us.

Site shut and I've been sent home...

I remember going to work in Ayrshire way back about 26-27 years ago and the place was blocked off by armed cops after a drug dealer used a shotgun to kill a rival outside his house,that was a rough wee toon if you didn't know the right people,I was an outsider but worked with the right people lol.
