Is this what will happen with any controller?
Do I just suck it up and run the fans at 40%?
Do i drop in a small 4inch fan and filter and run that at 100% to create the negative air pressure while setting my controller to bring in the rvk when temps get High?
Im thinking that running fans at that high of a percentage at this time of year in the UK will pull more cold air in meaning my heater will be working harder and thus using more electric!
My room is just about ready but need to sort this little niggle out first.

I dont use a controller on my 5" just have it full blast all the time and run just a passive intake. I do have a friend who runs an smscom hybrid on his 5" and his rvk did humm. Found the bearing had leaked, replaced and now its silent. This is on setting 2 of 5. Guessing being new the bearing should be ok, but without opening it up to inspect you won't know for sure
