    Default Reflectors

Im in 2 minds wether to got got 4x Avenger adjustawing reflectors and standard cheap ass reflectors.

I was looking at the parabolic ones which looked interesting. Does the reflector make a massive difference. It's only the cost thats making me think, but If i get more bud.. its a no brainer. I think 2 of the avengers is going to set me back about £350 and I already have a euro reflector so id need 3 more at about £50 so its a big differnce.. Is it really worth it? or does anyone have any suggestions.. Thanks

Parabolic with lamp hung vertical is the way I would go.

We just chucked out DOZENS of those reflectors at my work last year when everything was replaced with LED,I had a wee look at them myself but decided to go LED instead.
I did have one about 12 years ago that I used with MH for vegging,it was great.
Try looking at dumps/landfills if you can as lots of companies are switching to LED these reflectors are simply being dumped free is better than paying.

Most of my grows were done with 600w hps in parabolic reflectors. My best result was 1.1 gpw so they can do the job.

They're good for even lighting. With it being reflected light, the plants don't get as hot because Infra Red doesn't bounce. My leaf temps were about 3'C above room temps. They do steal a bit of height though, not a problem with scrogs and similar training methods.
