Top stuff mate, after using plant magic, canna pro and bio, cheap stuff and playgron soils I've come bk to Tropic bat shit soil. Got 100 ltrs mixed with charge ready for the next run. Done autos in it from seed and never found it too hot, good few wks of feed in the soil too

I only started checking ph recently as I had issues addin calmag and with the nutes I was usin and allsorts, so I got a ph pen but I don't do it all the time, no real need. I think most soil growers tend not to. If you're in a hard water area you won't need to add calmag anyway, that was one of my issues. I got some shogun to try out too, veg and flower, did you get the freebie

Look into plant magic soil grow for hard and soft water, that's what I switched to and my plants are far better lookin for it. Herb is soft water, he put me onto em. By all means try shogun, but if you have issues with cal then PM may be the ones for you.
