    If you want to improve your filtration, you need to improve your total filter area. I bought one of these units years ago when I was growing indoors and stopped replacing my can filters every year more sooner. I mainly bought these because I'm getting old enough to where I couldn't stand hanging such big filter and fan combos and the idea of pulling out one board of carbon and replacing it seemed so much easier.
