Default Ok next step... from cotyledons

Just popped through, still in jiffies.
Under a 600 watt hps light turned down to 400 watt, about 2 1/2 feet away
When’s best to put them in larger pots? There going in coco btw
temps are around 26 degrees and about 40%rh
20 during lights off, off 7 hours on 17hours
    Does this sound right?
When should I start with nutes? Thinking in a week or so?
any advice much welcome as it’s my first grow, cheers guys.

These days I always put my seeds directly into the Coco, but with jiffy's I would prefer my roots to be poking out the sides.
