Default Help on a rdwc / uc build

Hello newbie to the group here. I'm Struggling to get a even level across all 4 of my pots they are xl oxy pots and a head unit connected via 50mm id diameter pipes. Return pump is 25mm id hose to a newa jet 8000. My nearest pot fills higher then farthest by say 5 inch. I'm thinking either my connected 50mm pipe is too small or my Return pump is overpowered. A 25mm id inline valve is on order too slow the Return feed to the pump to see if I could find the "happy medium". Other then shimming pots up. Any ideas?, anything I'm overlooking. my first design and the physics Is making me scratch my head. Any more information I could give please let me know. Thanks nuggz

Just had a look at Newa jet 8000 pump...Feck me it's 8000 litres per hour, that's for a fish pond mukka, way too powerful for what you need..

    Regards BL

I saw the rush system from iws use a newa jet 6000 thought I'd upgrade it haha maybe a little too much. They boast a 34 full circulations per hour mine is 64 per hour. 1 per minute over done it pal it runs but a little fast I'll slow it till it can cope maybe downgrade. Thanks nuggz

you can just cut in a return pipe.. back into brain/main res will slow down the flow and create more DO in the system.. just T off and put it up and over main res 90deg elbow inte the the res, will be like a waterfall and reduce flow massively orrr add 6 more buckets

I'd go with the 6 extra buckets
