Default 50x50x100CM tent Which led light to use??

Hello everyone! I plan on getting a small 50x50x50CM tent for only one plant. Which LED bulb should I get to achieve the best possible yield? Do take into consideration please a resonable budget. Under 100$
Most info is for the other metric information and I kind of have a hard time understanding it. If someone wants to help it would be really appreciated!

Oops, I've got carried away and gave the wrong info. It's actually 50x50x100CM. It's 100CM tall not 50, my bad...

Should I get a full spectrum light? I want something powerful enough but I don't want to get those huge fake 1000W lights.

Is there no possibility of anything bigger - especially in terms of height?

1m will be a big challenge.

Hmm, I could but is it really necessary? I plan on getting an autoflower which I understand should be smaller. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me why would it be a big challenge, I'm a complete noob.
    Thx for ur interest!

Btw, just in case u missed it, I fkd it up and gave the wrong dimensions. It's actually 50x50x100CM .

    Aye - that's the reference to 1m. ;-)

Erm, well, 100cm is 20cm less than I have available. A 12L pot is about 30cm tall and a well trained auto flower could be kept to 30cm, too - so, that's 60% of your head space gone already leaving only a maximum of approx circa 30cm (once the light is hung) to the top of your canopy. Doable, but why stress it if you can go bigger and taller...you'll forever be hankering for more height, mate - seriously.
