    MrC's update

    WEEKLY UPDATE

Decided to give it a defol, seemed to get a bit crowded. Kept all the nodes for now and just took the leaves off. Pinned it down a bit more and tried to make it a bit more even.

I've had it on 24 hr light so far but I'll probably switch it to 20/4 for the rest of veg. Fed yesterday with 4ml soil grow, seems to like having 3-4 ltrs thrown through it

    MrC's update

    Update for 28/4

Been trimmin the lower and punier bits off, still not sure if I'll just leave the buds at the tips of the branches or save a few from further down. Not had any major deficiencies, had a cple of epsom salt sprays which has kept the mag def away. Hopefully the top buds are gonna start beefin up soon, I won't flip until I'm happy with em

Krofam will be rejoining us soon as he fights off the last bit of an illness he's had.

    Krofam's catchupdate

    Day 55 Update

its been a while so i'll briefly say that shortly after last update my health took a turn. first couple of weeks were hell and the last couple have been a bit more bearable.
in the first few days since last update i pretty much didnt feed at all. followed by a few days of water to keep moist and then i went back to feeding a few days later but only once a day, sometimes every other day, to keep her small and manageable up until about a week or 2 ago when i started feeding her again once maybe twice daily.

what i did do was keep track with pics for the diary.

so far light is great but the true test will be in flower. i look forward to it very much. hopefully will be flipping in a day or so..

during the first week or so, i turned off my HPS and LED panel on other plants and they were only being heated and illuminated by this one from the other side of groom and i have to say it done a great job keeping them alive and well enough.

now onto some pics and a few notes...

    Day 30

after a few days of draught and a few of just water, i started feeding again low yesterday and topped today after pics.

    -----

    Day 36

feeding once a day. sometimes every other day depending how i was feeling.

    -----

    Day 39

feeling a bit better and feeding more often. shes starting to look much better too.

    -----

    Day 42

    -----

    Day 47

    feeding more consistently.

    -----

    Day 48

stripped and tied down.. kept 2 main nodes. not exactly mainline but with everything thats happened i tried to get it as close as possible. just wish i had more but one must move forward.

    -----

    Day 55

    and here we are today...

    LED On 24/0 @ 24"
    Temp 27c
    RH 35%
    EC 1.1 (A+B and Rhizo)
    PH 5.7

overall im happy with the light and the strain so far. she has been through loads and yet is healthy with a beautiful structure.

just about summoned the energy to think and write this all out.

    thanks for popping by folks.

    MrC's update

    Weekly update

Happy so far, node spacing looks good. I think stretch has about done now so I'll give it a week or so and give it another defol. Not had to move the light, just let it sit about 16 inch away. Fed it last night, still only taking 3 days to go dry, very consistent. Gnat fly invasion has pretty much gone, was a bit dubious about using Hypoaspis miles this late on but nailed it within a few days, hung a few traps to get the last of the little buggers.

    Krofam's update

    Day 69 - Day 1 Of Flower

    LED On @ 18"
    Temp 28c On - 20c Off
    RH 50%
    EC 1.2 (A+B)
    PH 5.7

after 11 days of 13/11, im calling today Day 1 Of Flower. tried taking some close up pics of the tops but failed at every attempt. need to fiddle about with close up shot settings again.

few thrips in the groom as expected at this point so got sticky traps out. very minimal so not concerned but the buggers always find a way in.

cant really see from pics cos of all the leaves but she has a great structure. cant wait for the SCHWAZZZ!!

    Mon the buds!

    ----

@Scorpion- i would only do 1 plant under each of these panels.

    Day 75 - Day 7 Of Flower

    LED On 13/11 Off @ 18"
    Temp 29c On - 20c Off
    RH 50%
    EC 1.0 (A+B)
    PH 5.7

Couple days earlier than usual but i decided to SCHWAZZE today at day 18 from flip to flower. Fantastic structure on the plant. No need to remove any smaller branches, just fan leaves. love it!

Lowered the EC a bit and will lower a bit more when i start using the pk 9/18 to get the EC back up to 1.2.

    MrC's update

Coming on nicely. It's a nice strain to grow tbf, I've done a pretty steady feed/feed/water pattern, up to 6ml per ltr of /veg/flower/boost. Seems to have kept it steady but I'll drop the veg now and see if it floats on nicely with flower and boost.

Chopped a load of the gnarly under carriage crud off as you can see by the massacre I've left behind. There's one photo in particular where you can see how it's starting to form the stack on a few branches. Another where you can see the frost settin in.
