Default Silver or white wall tent????

    Hey guys.
Thinking of upgrading my tent. Been looking at the budbox pro.
The white wall tents are about £40 more.
Is the white walls better than silver????

I remember reading years ago the white was better. I really can't remember why though. I lined my grow room with pink Owens Corning insulation board. In the end, just keeping good temperature control was far more important than what reflected off the walls.

I honestly didn't see any difference when I covered my white walls with pink, I just got bigger plants because I got my temperatures under better control.

That's Jojo for my avatar although I call him yo-yo most of the time.

I also heard a while back that white was better but I think the conclusion was that the difference was so small it really isn't worth spending too much thought on.

If it was me, and all other things were equal.. I'd save myself £40 and go for the silver.

The conclusion drawn from the limited testing was white was better, however that was decided by an LED light company that had ties to the tent maker

There was some controversy if I remember correctly about the way the testing was done as well but cant remember the Company name, something Dog or dog something or other

Been a while since I looked into it all but basic take away is save ya 40 quid and put it towards other more meaningful upgrades

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

They reckon with the white it's easier to tell when it's lost some of its reflectivity as they start to yellow.

I've always grown using silver though.
