Default How's this for Growing meduim

It's time to swap out my current soil for some new stuff. I've put 4 cycles through the current soil, FoxFarm Happy Frog. I'm getting a little tired of paying $30 for 2 cubic feet of soil in the bag, so I found this at a local soil company. It's $125 for a cubic yard (27 cubic feet). Here's the breakdown, what do you think?

Blend contains peat moss, redwood fiber mulch, perlite, 5/16? lava rock, oyster shell flour, dolomite, bone meal, blood meal, Peruvian seabird guano, greensand, potassium nitrate, triple super phosphate, ferrous sulfate, ureaform, and trace minerals.

I had to look up greensand (glauconite), but it's described as: A material from the ocean floor that is mined to be used as a soil conditioner or fertilizer. It has a bluish-green color and is made of marine potash, silica, iron oxide, magnesia, lime, phosphoric acid, and about 30 other trace minerals.

This is actually considered soiless. If there's leftover, it'll go in the garden.
