We have an office in the UK but moved to Spain for the reason already explained, believe me, any seed company still based in the UK is going to struggle soon.

This thread would suggest that EU seedbanks are going to struggle with such high P&P

Oh, I & many don't live in the toxic world of (anti)social media, but, reading press releases, the suggestion is that the EU are trying to punish the UK for having the audacity of leaving their fascist organisation.

The EU pulled similar stunts with the Canada agreement they negotiated.

But, as you say, it is what it is. I'm sure many people will be put off with high P&P, hence me mentioning it... but I'm sure that you have done your homework & that I am wrong.

Aye...and RQS seeds, for example, don't ship to the UK at all at the moment.

I think you misunderstand me, we pay the import taxes buddy so our customers don't have to deal with that on top. We are open, transparent and honest and pay our taxes.

Add in guaranteed delivery and I think £9.99 is starting to look pretty ok?

The issue is that they are no longer in the UK & are trying to suggest that the UK is the problem. Many other seed banks remained in the UK & are seeing no specific issues

We do, but not every town has one - Birmingham is my nearest one... and with the half backed restrictions we have in this pandemic, going there is an issue
