Default DWC Defeciency and Top Up Reservoir Help

Hey guys, im new to this forum.
Hoping to get some more advanced knowledge.
Im running a RDWC 60L total system size including reservoir, but only has 30Litres in it at most
3 x 20L buckets, 2x plant pots 1x reservoir, 2 plants both are autos. One is white widow max and the other is Ak47 (largest)
My plants, particularly the largest one is showing signs of deficiency or toxicity im not sure, I've just defoliated most of the larger fan leaves which were displaying symptoms, all the leaves showing issues are from in the top half of the plant, mainly in the middle section,
    Im on week 1-2 flower.
Im using Current Culture H2o nutrient range, these problems have only become visible a few days after switching to flower
So everyday I must top up my reservoir with solution,
Im curious to know what PPM my Top solution should be, does it need to be the same PPM as the weeks nutrient strength labelled on the bottles, the recommended PPM is 700 for week 5 or does the top up solution need to be the recommended PPM multiplied by the number of container the plants are in so 700x2 = 1400. So if the plants drink 4Litres from the whole 30L system per day do I add top up solution of 700x2 (1400) and add 4 litres to the reservoir or do I mix up nutrient strength of 700 and literally add the exact samePPM Solution and add that, so 700ppm in 4 litres and add that to the reservoir.
I've added some photos to show you guys what im experiencing. Please help as much as you can
Im using the following nutrients and follow the Recirculating Chart also posted as a photo.
    UC ROOTS
    COCOCAL
    FLOWER A AND B
    BUD BOOSTER EARLY
Will be buying Bud Booster Mid at the end of this week too. I think for at the moment I dont need it just yet.

I grow in coco, all I need is base nutes & (if I remember!) a splash of PK

RDWC seems very expensive for nutes?

Well, Im not familiar with Coco as the media, but by general rule of thumb you need a higher PPM with every watering with Drain to Waste? From what I've read it's about an extra 150% nutrients per watering, Hydroponics, the plants use as much nutrients as they can with H2o, so the PPM strength is less, but needs topping up daily instead of watering every 2nd or 3rd day with Coco or Promix. Also if your water conditions are optimal you require less frequent water changes then if you were to have high water temperatures, light leaks etc. My understanding is that temperatures of 22° Celsius are best for uptake of nutrients and Hydrogen and Oxygen with resistance to algae and other forms of bacterial growth within the root zone and media. No lights leaks and highly oxygenated water creates a solution that doesn't need a complete drain and refill as often as with higher temperatures and light leaks.
My understanding is that the plants use an optimal amount of food every day and I would assume it is the same by watering Coco or soil as it is in Hydroponics,
If somebody can tell me what defeciency my ladies are suffering from that would be a great help

My pH is in perfect range, I have a Blulab Guardian monitor which measures my Reservoir PPM, pH and Temps in real time, and I check every 6 hours and it never drifts up more then 6.2.
My current pH and my reservoir reads 720PPM (x700) 5.8 pH 23°C
My pH isn't the issue, it is a defeciency or over supply of a specific nute or combination of nutes I just need help knowing what exactly.
I will post a photo of the whole plant.
I will also post my feeding schedule

    My pH isn't the issue

To me, it looks like pH could be an issue.
