    I’ve posted a similar post before, but I’ve just tied a few more branches down as in the pic.
    blue circles are the branches I’ve tied down, the middle being the main stem.
    Any feedback lads?

    See the top left one? move it below the node on the branch like the one on the bottom left. That way it wont damage the nodes as it grows.

    Other than that looks good.

    They are ties holding down branches, the grower is using them as part of Low Stress Training (LST).
