    Default Bluelabs ph controller advice

Well I've just rigged up my unit set it to 2 second doses every 30min intervals.
After nutes are added I'm at a ph of 6.4 and I've set the controller to a desired pH of 5.8 this is in a 100ltr water butt.

I've got the dripper pipe out of the water dripping on top with a recirculation pump pulling water from the bottom and out the top against the side of my water tank

I'm just looking to see if anyone else is using this controller and basically if my settings sound about right?

Would it be a good idea to ph the water down manually and use the unit to keep my ph stable or would that defeat the object of paying so much for a controller??

    Thanx in advance

This and an ecotechnics or inkbird 4 way controller and timer is what I want next.

Is there a way to use a pH swing with the bluelabs controller? Genuine q.

Ph swing? Beyond me pal lol..

There isn't much in the way of settings to be fair, think it's aimed more for stability.

I did have the echotechnics controller and loved it but since upgrading my fans there was a humming noise so had to sell up and buy a hybrid controller

Well there's micro nutrients between 5.4-6.2 pH was wondering if there was a way to input that "swing" through the bluelabs

I mean you can manipulate the dosing times to slowdown adjustment speed so you could have feeds at different ph levels if you work out the dosing schedule to work along side your feeding regimes

I've never read up about ph swing to be fair so probably not the best person to ask lol.

I have mine set to dose 1 second with 5 minute checks, I was using PH down at first but had problems with mine PH dropping so I’ve just switched to PH Up and changed the settings on the doser, so far so good.
