This time our member of the month award goes to BackWoodsDrifter An unassuming kind hearted fella who's camp fire always has warm embers glowing for anyone to pull up a stump and share...As some of you will know he's been going through a rough patch lately so we wanted to share the love and show him some support...The way he's handled the shit situation he finds himself in is truly inspirational. Humbled again to shed yet more tears as yual keep putting me places never thought I'd be. This here community of such wonderful and truly unique individuals has so many who are deserving much greater than I. I want to once again thank yual for yur ongoing support and kindness as I find ways to outsmart my captor. Yual have given me such inspiration and a true feeling of inclusion I have never felt since my days as a community servant. Those I served with have long since left me for dead but here yual keep coming back to makes sure I ain't left behind again and for that again I'm am so truly grateful. I am slowly gaining ground to recovery though some days it still feels like taking me and I fear now the depression that trys to take me to dark places in search of the quicker end but because of you my secret community at my side gives warmth to body and soul one normally only finds at fireside. Yual keep me here and in form to fight on even though the bones are starting to show in places I forgot I had bones but I fight on for my girls who need dad still to see them find their own trails. I fight for them and I fight for you my community of real friends never before imagined could come from people who ya never met. I say it again that as long as I am able to cut wood and tend a skillet yual be more than welcome to share my fireside anytime. I would be happy to cook some eggs in the morning though I'm sorry to say I will stick to my liquid until my body can get back to that good old meat I craves so much
