Please help with my grow

Please help, this is my first grow and ive had nothing but problems no idea where to go.

My setup:
3m x 2m silver Mylar tent
4 x 630w CMH DE lights (on 80%) 40” above canopy
Carbon filtered exhaust system
20 5Gallon fabric pots (filled with coco/perlite 60/40
Temperature controlled to 24ish degrees celsius
RH about 35%
PH range - 5.8-6.3
20 x Autoflowers now 2 weeks old



What i’ve done so far:

So i had 20 autos that i was planning on doing a set and forget grow, I germinated and planted the seeds no problem (Light cycle 24/0). I was watering around twice a day with a watering can for the first week, using regular PH’d tap water, then feeding nutrients (floro trio and cal mag) on the last 2 watering. whenever the top dried out, which was very common probably due to the powerful lights.A week goes by (light cycle change 18/6), then i realised the plants werent growing as quick as i hoped, and a couple were drooping so i stopped the constant watering, its been about 4 days now, with no new growth at all, in the middle of the pots i can still feel a tiny bit of moisture so ive watered today just with cal mag added.


The problems:
During the first couple of days I noticed the pheno that looked the worst, had tiny brown spots on it

. At the end of the first week, a couple of my plants started drooping so i stopped watering

. Ive gone in today to check on the girls and I’ve noticed a few more that have comparatively larger brown spots on their first two true leaves

I’m really hoping it isn’t fungus. I’m at a loss, its just been problem after problem, some are saying you can overwater coco, some are saying you can’t, please can you drop your thoughts and help me figure out what is going so wrong with my grow. I appreciate it guys, thanks a lot for taking the time to read this newbies terrible first attempt.

its all for personal use, i wanted to try out doing a SOG grow, it made sense to do more plants?
