How much smaller is the pot? Could be the reason. Same strain?

It happens sometimes, I've grown 10 plants from a 10 pack of fems and had 6 different looking plants.

Not much info to go on here but in my experience stunted plants are usually caused by damage to the tap root when transferring newly germinated seed to pot. Very easy to do. If so it will more than likely always be smaller and you may have to put something under the pot to raise her to the same height as the others for even light distribution. Could just be a runt ha ha.
