Unhappy Newbie needs helps with 2 young plants

So I have these two young plants for a while and I took some dirt from my garden and took almost all the rocks out and after using the paper towel method I planted my seeds they usually get a lot of sunlight but It rained the last two days so I put them behind a window where they could get sunlight and be away from the rain, but they look sick, is there anyone here that can help me?

    Thank you for your time

What should I add in the mix? Perlite and dirt?

I can't advise on soil mix mate, that's up to you and what you had planned on using and have on hand or going to buy

When using garden soil you have to be careful it doesn't compact in the pot, need to add sand and other stuff so perlite is recommended also putting rocks in bottom of pot so there is drainage
