So today after still no contact i decided to ring them to find out what's what
To be told that thay have been really busy an was in the process of getting the light fixed an were really sorry for the delays an hoping that it will be returned in the week
Like iv said im not fussed with how long it takes its the not knowing that got to me
So now that I know whats going on I can chill not happy that I had to follow up again but at last I know what's going on
Then to get a message alittle while ago saying that thay have sent me a new unit as the other are discontinued an apologies for the delays

Yeah mate maybe if I rang them earlier things could have gone quicker but I thought they would have been on top of that sort of thing
thay did say if I have any problems to ring next time as that would be the quickest way to sort things
Hopefully it will be here tomorrow or Thursday so im quite pleased with that
