    Mate I'm gutted really iv even messaged then on fb this lunchtime and you can see they have seen it about 15mins after I sent but still no response

    Does anyone thinks I'm being over the top ?

    So today after still no contact i decided to ring them to find out what's what

    To be told that thay have been really busy an was in the process of getting the light fixed an were really sorry for the delays an hoping that it will be returned in the week

    Like iv said im not fussed with how long it takes its the not knowing that got to me

    So now that I know whats going on I can chill not happy that I had to follow up again but at last I know what's going on


    Then to get a message alittle while ago saying that thay have sent me a new unit as the other are discontinued an apologies for the delays

    Seems they have a rather lax customer service approach. Hope I never have to send anything back. I hate sloppy service after your moneys left ya hand

    Yeah mate maybe if I rang them earlier things could have gone quicker but I thought they would have been on top of that sort of thing

    thay did say if I have any problems to ring next time as that would be the quickest way to sort things

    Hopefully it will be here tomorrow or Thursday so im quite pleased with that

    Light was delivered today just over 24 hours from speaking to them to having to it

    An they have even upgraded the light not sure what model but now I've got an adjustable dimmer so fair play to them for that

    Yeah me too buddy no this was the first 1 I bought witch was just the standard pro I think lol so many models im alittle lost to be honest I think this is the lite type not sure what's the difference
