    It's says that people of color are 4 times more likely to be arrested, than white. I just disagree with that statement. I for one has been arrested more than my share and all my friends of long ago has also. But to say that 12.3% of the population is 4 times more likely to be arrested than 75.1% is just crazy, and can't see any truth to it at all. JMO

    No clue, mate. "More likely" doesn't seem very scientific to me.

    I did a google search on those statistics and heaps of sites say it is true for USA.
