Default can anyone i.d this bug

I made my own supersoil and now I have small white bugs moving in my soil and on the outside of my pot, it does not fly and has 2 long antennas at the front and the middle of the body is slightly darker.

Looks a bit like a young Hypoaspis Miles since it is white and not light brown but wanted know what you guys think.

Not the best picture but it's the best I could get.

So you think this is a bad bug? if so what do you think it is?

I don't want to spray them if they are beneficial.

Ugh...just Googled Hypoaspis Miles and it could be in which case, beneficial.

Can you get one under a loupe or microscope?

If it isn't A spider Mite, then I have no idea. I don't believe spider mite fly either, just get blown around in the wind. JMO

Maybe Jingo will jump in when he see's this, he has all kinds of different straing looking bugs some times. Maybe he knows what it is.

I've been looking but I can't tell what it is.
