    CANNABIS CULTURE - The Victoria Cannabis Buyers Club (VCBC) signed a new three-year lease at 826 Johnson Street, Victoria after the province threatened the landlord with fines and potential jail time if he renewed the Club’s lease. Last week they received a letter from the Community Safety Unit (CSU) saying that the Buyers’ Club does not follow the Federal Government’s rules once they are not licensed by Health Canada.
