Default Grand daddy purp wont root.

Ive do e alot of cloning in my day but this strain has me scracthing my head. Ive never had below %85 success rate. But this grand daddy purp im 0 out of 9. Its been 2 weeks. Using humidy dome, rooting powder, led full spectrum light. Ive tried 18/6 and 24/0 with. O success. Tried misting just the clones and then the dome. Moved light. Closer then further. You name it ive tried. Ph is fine. Not sure on humidity level but think its fine. Only other thing I k ow to do is get a heated cloning mat. Ive never had to use one before tho. Never had a problem at all getti g anyyhing to root. Opinions?

Let me ask you a silly question about the mother plant I completly raped. There is new growth at top and bottom of a t. Looks silly. A 14inch stem with leaves at top amd bottom with nothing in between for 12 inches. Can i cut the ant in half and clones the top half and leave the bottom in the soil and container its in?

Yeh I don’t see why not as long as it’s not huge, I tend to have 4 leafs and about 4 to 6 inches long

Best to cut at a node but will still root on plain stem

I had some issues with clones using aerophonic propagator, I had everything down to to T apart from my water temps, being in an outbuilding my res was far too cold and hindered root development massively.
Heat mat wirh inkbird thermostat and they all took within a week.

I use heat mat for normal propagator with seeds now and I've never had a failure since
