Nah, you need fresh habanero chillies. Chop them, with gloves on. Simmer for around 20 minutes, probably best to have the window open as it like a mild pepper spray. Once it's cooled, drain the mix through a cheese cloth/muslin fabric, a coffee filter would probably work too. Make up about a litre once cooled and put it in a spray bottle and hit the plants with it. Turn ALL fans OFF. You don't want this stuff in your eyes, or on your skin.
Between sprays of chilli, spray the plants with plain water to get rid of excess chilli spray. Keep using the spray as needed.
You can also use white vinegar, baking soda and dish soap.
