    Default Sprouting seeds in tent

    Hi there germinated my seeds in paper towel now I'm going to transplant into pots in my grow tent I have a 240w led grow light I was just wondering how far away from the dirt should the light be to ensure they sprout and how much intensity should I give them many thanks and happy growing guys - Zoqwa
