Lightbulb Growing Auto's - any light cycle tips?

just wondering what most do with auto's

do you mostly run 18/6 or 20/4?

and do you ever switch to 12/12 for late flower? or 0/24 for last day or 2?

    thanks!

20/4, 18/6 and 24/0 are generally the ranges you will find that most people run autos. I would run 20/4 when I grew autos.

In the last week or two I'll put light on 24 hrs but that's mainly to ward off the rot

From personal experience, I can say that 12/12 is a bad idea with autos. They took forever. Photos would have been quicker.

24/0 for me, it's easier to control the temps & humidity this way too

    Thanks for all replies!

its funny.. im getting back into growing after about a 20yr layoff and whodathunk 24/0

but i like it, i think, we will see.. But it seems the constant light has many advantages when maybe starting the new batch of seedlings about a week before a harvest. It should help speed up the 'next crop'. And no worrying about light holes in tents or in general.

If anybody knows a thread to the disadvantages, plz link.
