    Default 7th week flower infestation

    Hello all,

    hope everyone is well.

I have a plant which was at the back of the tent and truth be told was a little neglected. I managed to pull the back plant to the front as some plants had vacated the tent and was pissed off to find that the plant is crawling with spider mites.

I have wiped the plant down with some bug spray which I had lying around and washed it down as much as a i could.

I have attached pics and these were taken before I started wiping down. it is really bad in the pics. There is 2 more plants in the tent with this one and they are showing no signs of any bugs but i have still wiped those 2 down to be on the safe side.

My question is as Im in week 7 of flower should I just keep on washing down for the next 2 weeks until I hit my harvest window or should I just chop down now?

thanks in advance thctalk community for your help and expertise in helping me out.

Those insects are not spidermites eastman007, they are aphids..and the ones you see in white are actually exoskeletons (dried skin) that the aphids have shed..so it's not the worse thing that could have happened here thankfully.

Easy has linked you to a great thread that will help

thank you easy T and ice excalibur for your help and expertise.

I will let you know how i get on with this plant. I am going to give it another 2 weeks to fill up and dense up which will take me to the 9th week. maybe even let it go longer whilst wiping down to get to the finishing line.

    peace

With the tent in my bedroom, that’d be me waving the hobby goodbye.

Fungus gnats are bad but this makes my teeth itch.

I was today years old when I learned that they were not called "ladybugs" across the pond.

Sometimes it's ladybugs just depends with whom you converse.
