I thought LED’s didn’t produce them but yeah I reckon it is.

Can’t rotate the plant or move it much totally rammed will just have to sacrifice this cola and hope that’s the only one.

Think I will keep power low just for couple of nights monitor then turn them back up what do you reckon hotshot ?

How many Inches are the lights from the top bud there? I'm only running 406W right now and I am at 29" above plants with center par at 1,000PAR, I need to rise mine A little as well. But I only have 4" left, so I hope the stretch is slow. lol

The light is 28 inches away from that plant. I think until I know all the other buds are not gonna go the same better to be cautious hotshot by turning lights down won’t hurt will it

I guess you could just whack off the top of that Bud where the problem is. It might come back and swell up. haha
