I’ve noticed a lot of breeders state which strain was the mother and which was the father on their packs.
In the past people have advised me to look at crosses with a “x” mum, when looking at breeders different strains.
What is the reason for this?
Is a stable female strain bred with a dosidos cross male, likely to produce more stable (in terms of pheno, not hermie) seeds, than a stable strain male crossed with a dosidos cross female?
Us and animals are much easier to understand from a genetic and breeding point of view.
Thanks
