Sounds like you got it figure out. I'm not really the person to be talking about it to, I actually know nothing about DWC or Coco, just what I have read, and seems just too much trouble to me. lol

Some people are attracted to trouble George lol...
I like building stuff and trying out new things, dwc is more fitting to me and gives me a little twinge lol.
120ltrs of coco to get rid of after every grow not to mention cutting up the plant and making that dissappear.

I never did recirculating myself, Jesse Pinkman used to do a lot of recirculating even had his blue lab pH probe in there the entire time. I would check out some of his diaries.

I would use a larger diameter pipe, I'm planning on converting my larger tent into a dedicated rdwc or fallaponics on the fence about which, I've been watching alot of videos by PA Hydroponics on YouTube he suggests instead of using filters just use a larger diameter pipe such as 3 inch (76.2mm), dude said it was his only surefire way to stop the roots from clogging them up.
I could use the 32mm as a higher level overflow piping and use larger diameter pipe for the recirculation piping.
Therefore if one of the lower recirculation pipes block and the bucket fills too high there will be a pipe up top to take the excess water into the next pot? Bit of a fail safe?

Well I've gone with the 32mm pipe for flow and overflow, mainly due to the price of the larger fittings and I'd already ordered the 32mm..
Ill try out the food grade copper as a filter and see how we go.
Flow, overflow, net pot and recirculation fittings all inplace, I'm using a square bucket as my brain bucket hopefully I'll be able to fit 2 pumps and float valve neatly inside with numerous flow and return.
I'm going to have all incoming water rather than dropping into the buckets either firing against the inside of the bucket using 90 connectors or having my tubing down an inch into the water to help water noise

Good job i bought an extra bucket, overflow connection is too low.
Messed that one up lol

50mm solvent weld fittings come in pretty cheap... I'll have to think this one over.
